Maverix Staffing was founded in 2022 and is establishing a reputation for exceptional service and follow-through that sets a new bar in staffing.

It all started with frustration, followed by a vision. I had been working in the staffing and recruiting industry for many years and for several agencies, as both a recruiter responsible for finding and placing top-talent, as well as on the business development side responsible for obtaining new clients and maintaining strong relationships. Having spent many years on both sides has allowed me a first hand view of the inner workings on how agencies operate full-circle. This allowed me to learn, study, and fully understand the needs of both the clients, as well as the candidates. I learned that simply listening is one of the most important things that clients need, followed by precise execution.

I was able to observe the frustrations of clients, where agencies fell short, as well as identify the satisfactions of what was being done right. After countless client meetings and calls with Owners, Directors, Managers and HR, I gained a forensic-like understanding of just how and where agencies fell short on delivering. What frustrated me the most was seeing that when some agencies began to grow, attention to detail dropped, complacency set in, management became less receptive, and my constructive observations went unheard.

This is when my frustration turned into a vision. Simply put, we knew what clients and candidates want and need, and set off to start Maverix Staffing. The rest is history.

Once we started Maverix Staffing, we vowed to take everything we learned from both sides, apply all that is lacking, ultimately creating a staffing agency that clients and candidates desire. When we work hard to obtain the trust of a new client or candidate, we never take it for granted. It becomes our mission to deliver on each promise made, providing highly-qualified and carefully vetted candidates in a timely manner, while never jeopardizing the talent acquisition process. This mission stands true regardless of whether it’s for one critical hire, or part of a large-scale staffing solution.
